npm install Error EACCES permission denied

使用 npm install 安装项目时，遇到的一个错误 Error: EACCES: permission denied。记录一下解决方法。

在使用 npm 安装模块时碰到的问题，异常信息如下。

这里简单记录一下解决方法，给命令增加如下的一些参数，大概就是一些允许权限之类的，没有具体研究：
